An international jury analyses the visual, olfactory, flavour and touch properties of honey submitted by apiculturists with organic certification from all over the world.

Evaluated are the presentation of the products and the company, identification and contact possibilities with the employees, presence and availability during the event, eye catcher, appeal for the crowd, etc.
